The HOTEL BARGAIN FINDER service (by Bali specialist Bali.com Ltd), buys hotel rooms in bulk at "confidential" wholesale prices but – unlike travel agents – adds just a marginal service fee to let you, the client, take full advantage of the savings.

To offer you even more savings, HBF/Bali.com Ltd debits your MASTERCARD or VISA credit card overseas in US dollar to prevent losses because of the currency conversions from the quoted US dollar rate to Indonesian Rupiah and back to US dollar (or your home currency) which is required by law if the debit is made in Indonesia. No other agent (and no hotel) does offer this service which means you pay always several percent more than expected (some agents even add another surcharge for credit card transactions)!

Rates quoted are in US Dollars and refer usually to standard rooms (called "superior" at most hotels). Included in our special HBF rates:
Always included in our rates are Bali's 11% government tax and 10% service charge. With very few exceptions, the special HBF rates include also "ABF" (ABF stands for American breakfast which consists normally of fresh fruit or juice, coffee or tea, toast, butter, honey, marmelade etc., and an egg dish). However, "breakfast" means in Bali usually a rather sumptuous breakfast buffet with all the normal items plus cereals, milk, yoghurt, fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cold cuts, some cheese, etc. which will help you make it through most of the day.

Compare Prices !
To make it easy to compare other offers and calculate your real savings, we list with each hotel the total amount you actually will have to pay staying there (i.e. the room rate + breakfast for one or two + Bali's 21% tax and service charge). You'll see that booking through HBF will save you about 45% and 70% on the published rates and be also cheaper than booking through other web sites.

If you should see any lower rates on the web, please check carefully whether they include full breakfast and Bali's 21% tax/service charge. If they do and still seem to be lower than our HBF rate, please send us a short notice that we can double-check with the specific hotel – and perhaps renegotiate our contract to offer you even more savings. Whatever the outcome, you are always protected by our "Lowest Rate Guarantee".

WARNING
Please note that a surcharge of US$12 to US$80 per day is applied by most hotels during Bali's High Season from July to August/September and US$15 to US$95 during the Peak Season from December 20th. to January 6th. or so. Most hotels make also participation in the Christmas dinner and New Year's Eve party compulsory at a price of US$40 up to US$200 and more per person. You're best off avoiding the crowds and extra costs by visiting Bali either before or after these periods.

Personal Assistance Package
The "Personal Assistance Package" includes airport reception on your arrival, porter fees, transfer in a private air-conditioned car to any hotel in Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Batubelig or Sanur, hotel check-in, and a personal briefing by a multi-lingual guide.

We recommend this package especially for first-time visitors to Bali because it includes personal assistance with any problems during the whole duration of your stay. The fee is US$14 for one or two guests, and US$5 for each additional person (babies count too). Please indicate on the Hotel Reservation Form whether you wish to take advantage of this service.
